What Youll Do:

• Develop and execute attention-grabbing social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive sales.
• Create, edit, and share compelling daily content (photos, videos, stories, etc.) tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Stay ahead of trends to keep our content fresh and exciting.
• Collaborate with influencers, identify partnership opportunities, and manage event participation to build brand awareness.
• Design and maintain stunning, on-brand visuals for social profiles.
• Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns, contests, and promotions.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Proven expertise in growing social media accounts and creating high-engagement content.
• Deep understanding of Hispanic/Mexican culture and an ability to incorporate it authentically into branding.
• Strong food photography and video editing skills that bring delicious creations to life.
• Highly organized multitasker who can handle pressure with ease and independence.
• A natural go-getter who doesnt need to be micromanaged.

Your Toolbox:

• Fluency in social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook.
• Mastery of branding, marketing strategies, and digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Asana, and BambooHR (a plus!).
• Ability to create and target email campaigns effectively.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of proven success in social media management, especially in the food industry.
• Onsite availability (Salt Lake County applicants only) with up to 25% travel flexibility.
• Passion for food and prior experience with food photography.
