Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose customer issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Order Processing: Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Account Management: Help customers manage their accounts, including updating information and troubleshooting access issues.
• Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
• Feedback: Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferably remote) is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
• Proficiency with computers and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
