A-Line Staffing is now hiring Prior Authorizations Inbound Call Center Representatives. The Inbound Call Center Representatives would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Inbound Call Center Representatives Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $18.24 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Inbound Call Center Representatives Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is: Training schedule is approximately four to six weeks starting 2/17/2025 Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm ET, then schedule will be assigned: Expected shifts to be 8 hours per day, Position requires schedule flexibility. Weekend and evening shifts may be required. Permanent schedule to be decided after training. Phone hours are from 9am-7pm ET.
  • Targeted start date: 2/17/2025

Inbound Call Center Representatives Responsibilities

  • The Intake I (IQA) Associate takes in-bound calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all requests, and transfers all clinical questions and judgement calls to the nurse or pharmacist. The Intake I (IQA) Associate will also assist with other duties such as outbound calls, monitoring/responding to inquiries in mailboxes and other duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Inbound Call Center Representatives Requirements

  • 0-3 years of related work experience. Prior authorization experience / knowledge, data entry, customer service, good written and verbal skills needed, good phone manner, ability to sit for long periods of time, etc.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
